How much does the delivery cost?

AntiQuits.com delivers across Egypt. For a limited time only, we will offer free shipping to all our customers!

No matter where you are, we will deliver to your home or your office.

Note: for international shipping ; the shipment cost will be according courier agent.

How long will it to take to deliver?

After order confirmation, you will receive your order within 5 working days.

Can i return my purchase?

We accept returns and exchanges based on the following conditions:

- if you have changed your mind!

If you change your mind and would like to return your product, we're happy to exchange or refund it as long as:

  • It is within 3 days from delivery date.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, invoice).
  • The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging along with the accessories and free gifts received with it.
  • The product must not have been used or installed.
  • All sealed items must not be opened.
  • You will charge with cost of re-shipping as you will inform with cost of re-shipping before start our process.

All Refunds are issued in the form of www.antiquits.com Store Credit.

We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to exchange is of a different price, you will need to return the original item and place a new order . taking in your consideration that the cost of re-shipping the old item will be under your responsibility and your deduction.

All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 4 working days from the date of receipt to www.antiquits.com for online payment but for cash on delivery payment it is on spot after check item. Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times.

Your product is damaged or you were sent the wrong product:

If your product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product, we're happy to exchange or refund with www.antiquits.com Store Credit at our discretion as long as:

  • It is within 5 working days from delivery date.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, invoice).
  • You have proof the damage or what's wrong in product item.

How do i return my product?

We will arrange for the item(s) to be picked up from your address (at no extra cost of course!) through our courier partner Aramex. Aramex will arrange a pick-up time with you directly and provide you with a tracking number
